The kit features a 6689 Short Fin Billet Flywheel that is lighter than the stock flywheel, allowing for faster revving and leading to better acceleration and power. The kit also includes a 6773 Billet Connecting Rod that is stronger and more durable than the stock rod, as well as a Hot .265 Cam-CL. Additionally, the kit comes with JT94 valve springs, a 1338 Side Cover Gasket, a DJ-1310PH .010" Head Cover Gasket, and a 3910X Spark Plug. Stage 2 "Racer" kit for the Tillotson 212E Pull Start Engine. (You can put this on the Electric Start Tillotson 212EE, but you would lose the electric start function when swapping out flywheels) For those who want to race and/or in search of more RPMs than the mild Mod2 Cam. This kit includes Billet Aluminum replacement parts to withstand the power from the Hot .265 Cam. The heavier valve springs will allow you reach higher RPMs.

Tools are required, clearances need to be checked, and bolts need to be torqued to spec. Governor will need to be removed. You will have to use the updated valve springs in this kit. Cam may need clearancing. Watch our Stage 2 Install Kit Assembly Video.

For Billet Flywheel: Timing is 32 degrees BTDC with stock key. Flywheel weight 3.4lbs. Minimum coil gap .030. Torque to 65 ft/lbs.
