The Tillotson 196R Racing Engine Package is a high-performance racing engine that boasts some impressive specs. It comes with a Tillotson/ARC Billet Aluminum Flywheel that is already lapped on and torqued to spec on the engine, which makes installation a breeze. The engine also features a JT-207 Tillotson Head, a PK-1 Tillotson Box Stock Carburetor, a Tillotson Race Cam, Tillotson Racing Rings, a Cast Rod, Stainless Steel Push Rods, Race Spec Valves, a Tillotson Race Coil, Hardened Bolts, a Premium Polymer Valve Cover Gasket, Premium Polymer Oil Seals, and a Valve Cover with a Pulse fitting. The Tillotson carburetor is calibrated specifically for the 196R engine, making it easy to start and providing top performance and reliability every time.
The Tillotson 196R Box Stock racing engine was developed to make racing affordable again.
Our goal is to have the first 'spec' 196cc box stock engine that never changes from batch to batch and this was made possible because of Tillotson's second to none factory and assembly line. Tillotson sought the best quality manufacturers and have cherry picked all the parts for this engine package.
