Take on the toughest terrain in style with the TrailMaster 200 XRX Go Kart with premium features including polished aluminum wheels, a digital speedometer/odometer, top mounted hunting lights and a bikini sunshade top! But it's not just for show.  Underneath all that glitz is a rugged, tubular steel frame with top brush guard, side rails and an enclosed belly pan to take the abuse of harsh off-roading.  Power comes from a 4-stroke, single cylinder, air cooled 168.9cc, 11.1hp GY6 technology engine mated to an automatic CVT clutch for a 35 MPH top speed and excellent low-end torque.  There's enough horsepower to haul light loads on the rear utility rack or to pull light-duty trailers with the included ball hitch. Driving is effortless and fun with rack-and-pinion steering, convenient reverse shifting, easily reachable, dash-mounted controls and dual sport bucket seats with 5 point harnesses.  Drivers seat adjusts from 38 to 43 inches to the pedals while tilt steering tilts. Center and side mount mirrors, F&R hydraulic disc brakes, high/low beam headlights and turn signals add an extra measure of safety.  The dual A-arm front and swing-arm rear suspension system provides excellent handling and maneuverability.  The 200 XRX blazes new trails as the only 200cc GoKart on the market with this many nice features!

Warranty:

• 90 Day Limited Warranty on Frame & Engine; 30 Day Limited Warranty on Non-Wear Items.
• The limited warranty covers specific parts only, including the engine, engine case, drive system, fuel system, electrical system, cooling system, brakes, chassis, and transmission. Please note that the warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use, such as jumping, stunt riding, modification, racing, or riding at constant wide-open throttle.
• Please be aware that the following parts are NOT covered by the warranty: tires, rims, body panels, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV boots, oil filters, air filters, fuel filters, clutch wear parts, cables, drive belts, chains, spark plugs, rubber parts, belts, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external springs, clips, nuts, bolts, and fasteners.
• Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or usage that falls outside of the manufacturer's specifications.
• Also, please note that no returns are accepted on this unit.

Shipping:

• If you purchase a TrailMaster Unit, please know that it only ships to the lower 48 states.  Contact us if you would like a quote for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
• If unit is shipped to California, then it can only be used on Private Land if the engine is not EPA or CARB compliant.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for your unit to ship. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The shipping company will contact you to confirm delivery.
• If choosing Unassembled in Crate, you will be responsible for handling the crate whether it is delivered residential, local Carrier Terminal, or business dock.  This may require a forklift.
• If choosing Mostly Assembled in Crate, you will be responsible for handling the crate whether it is delivered residential, local carrier terminal, or business dock.  This may require a forklift.
• If choosing Fully Assembled, Residential Delivery is available by car hauler or flat bed.

Assembly:

• You may choose to receive this vehicle unassembled in the crate and take advantage of Free Shipping within the lower 48 States.  You would be responsible to complete assembly.  
• You may choose to receive this vehicle partially assembled in crate.  You will need to attach the roll cage, battery, steering wheel, and a few other adjustments.
• The other option is to have this unit 100% built at the warehouse and then transported to you by a car hauler or flat bed.

Manufacturer Statement of Origin:

• You may request a notarized Manufacturer Statement of Origin. 
• This may be used for insurance, titling, etc. 
• These MSOs will be shipped separately to your shipping address.
